Help us reduce waste and go green! Our Burn and Return Program rewards you for reusing containers from eligible refillable products (candle jars, wax melt clamshells, and any others we specify).
How It Works
1) Fully use your product (burn the candle or melt the wax).
2) Clean the container thoroughly (remove any remaining wax/residue for safe reuse).
3) Return it in person in good, reusable condition (no cracks, major damage, or excessive residue).
4) We'll inspect it and issue a 25% discount code valid on one replacement item of the same type (e.g., a new candle for a returned jar).
Note: Currently in-person only to ensure containers are properly inspected and sanitized for reuse. (We may expand this in the future!)

For orders under $50, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery Times
Products shipped directly from Purely Infused are sent via UPS and typically arrive 1-2 weeks after processing.
Note: Delivery estimates are from the ship date and do not include weekends or holidays.
Multiple Shipments
Some products may be fulfilled by third-party partners and shipped separately. This means items could arrive at different times, but we'll keep you updated with tracking info for each package.
Order Processing
We process and ship orders as quickly as possible, usually within 1 week. You will receive an email when the shipping label has been created.
Out of season: Allow extra production time for made-to-order items.
Unopened products in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Opened fragrance products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective. Contact contact@purelyinfused.net or use the Return Form to start a request.
